Intro

Hello! I’m Connor. I’ve had a freelance marketing business since 2017. When I started, I did it full-time with a couple active clients. After about a year I decided to pause freelancing work while focusing on my full-time marketing director role (a client of mine graduated to full-time gig). I occasionally picked up a small project or two.

In September of 2021, I left that job and nearly DOUBLED my $95k salary booking high-value clients. After all, I was better at marketing, working with clients, and identifying the ones I wanted to work with.

But I was still a bit rusty and had to relearn some things.

As I was getting back into it, I remembered how different freelancing/consulting is than your standard 9-5 job. There are simply more kinds of work one must do as a full-time freelancer - far more than a “normal” job.
